Arotahi Communications & Content Creator
Reports to: AJ (NZ General Director)
Status: Permanent (3 – 5 days per week)
Location: Auckland or Christchurch

Primary Purpose of Role
To create and ensure quality communications with and between our global teams, projects and partnerships and NZ donors and churches, including resourcing churches with a particular emphasis on young adults.
Major Areas of Responsibility
-Regular communication with supporters, pray-ers and global people and partners
-Responding to questions and correspondence
-Creating and designing video and written resources for churches for our annual three-week appeal
-Travelling to global sites to create video footage and personal knowledge of key people and projects
-Being a Contributing team player

Work Skills and Experience
Ideally the candidate will possess:
-Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail: language and tone
-Facebook/Instagram native
-Ability to manage and produce consistent brand communication
-Experience using WordPress Platform
-Experience using Adobe Creative apps: InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
(or Canva and similar replica apps)
-An understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and SharePoint
-Assist with photography and videography
-Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
